Job Title: Associate Attorney - Miami, FL
Job Description- Assist with insurance defense case preparation and legal research
- Review and draft legal documents
- Represent clients in court hearings and proceedings
- Provide legal advice and support to senior attorneys
- Participate in client meetings and negotiations
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- 1-3 years of experience in Insurance Defense Litigation. Maritime Litigation experience is a huge plus*
