• Administer trusts and estates, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Draft estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts
• Collaborate with clients to develop customized estate and succession plans
• Provide guidance on probate processes and estate administration

• 2–10 years of experience as a Trusts and Estates Attorney or Estate Planning Attorney
• Strong background in estate planning, probate, and trusts administration
• LLM in Taxation or CPA preferred
• Admission to the Florida Bar required (FL Bar required)
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and client relationship management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced law firm environment
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
