Duties & Responsibilities- Develop and maintain inventory supply plans (daily, weekly, monthly) by product category for all relevant locations.
- Translate demand forecasts into actionable supply plans with appropriate time‑phasing, detail, and inventory targets.
- Oversee inventory levels by setting minimum/maximum thresholds, reorder points, and planning replenishment using IMS data and forecasting tools.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams: vendors, procurement, logistics, and operations to ensure inventory availability and capacity alignment.
- Monitor and report on IMS deployment and integration; track inventory plan execution, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain On‑Time In‑Full (OTIF) performance.
- Participate in root‑cause analysis and exception management for production delays, shortages, and demand shifts.
- Maintain and update inventory planning SOPs, initiating enhancements as needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, inventory turnover, and operational readiness.
- Prepare inputs and actively participate in weekly Supply Chain Management and IMS meetings.
Degree Type: Bachelor's Degree
Field(s) of Study: Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, Analytics or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or materials management.
- Experience with enterprise planning tools (e.g., JDA, O9, SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or equivalent).
- Exposure to inventory management, inventory optimization, allocation and demand forecasting is preferred.
- Knowledge of supply chain planning concepts and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
- Familiarity with KPI tracking and supply chain reporting.
