Position Summary

The Customer Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring accurate processing in SAP, coordinating with planning and logistics teams, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, review, and process customer orders via email or other channels.
  • Accurately enter order details into SAP and manage order lifecycle.
  • Own and maintain the Master Price List, ensuring accuracy of pricing, MOQ, MRQ, lead times, and product details.
  • Validate and reconcile pricing data across SAP, customer communications, and internal records.
  • Coordinate with Planning to confirm product availability, lead times, and delivery dates.
  • Communicate confirmed order details and timelines to customers.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams for shipment, pickup, and delivery arrangements.
  • Ensure timely processing of shipping documentation and invoicing.
  • Monitor order status and resolve post-shipment issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and comparative analysis using Excel.
  • Maintain and update open orders reports and customer databases.
  • Track and report budget figures and progress to headquarters.
  • Support sales presentations with data and reporting.
  • Participate in meetings with internal teams.

Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in logistics, planning, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and product flow.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with SAP required.
  • Experience in retail, beauty, or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Experience with Retail Link and Illustrator is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with multinational teams.
Education

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
