On-Site Service Technician

Now Hiring On‑Site Service Technician – Miami, Florida

Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays.

Paid Time Off: 18 days available during your first year. Day 1 benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage. Seven paid holidays and a company‑matched 6% 401(k) with immediate vesting.

Job Description:

You will be the face of Imperial Supplies at the customer’s location—managing inventory, solving problems, and helping customers stay organized and efficient. You will collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to identify needs, implement solutions, and continuously improve how products are stocked and used.

• Stock and organize inventory, scan and replenish products, ensuring everything is in the right place.
• Build strong working relationships, look for opportunities to improve efficiency, and partner with sales and account teams to support customer success.
• Analyze inventory usage, recommend improvements, and ensure each site meets safety and operational standards.

• Strong customer service skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort in an industrial setting.
• Hands‑on, organized, confident working independently while staying connected with a larger team.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Experience in field service, automotive or fleet maintenance, or parts/inventory management.
• Technical training or education.

• Active, on‑site role: standing, walking, and handling materials in customer maintenance facilities.
• Some environments may be loud or not climate‑controlled.
• Key role in keeping operations running efficiently.
