This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
No weekends or holidays! Paid Time Off includes 18 days available during your first year. Imperial offers Day 1 benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Additionally, we provide seven paid holidays, and the company contributes 6% to a 401K with immediate vesting.
What You will Do- Make the face of the company at a customer’s location, managing inventory, stock, scanning, replenishing products, and ensuring everything is in the right place.
- Build strong working relationships, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and partner with sales and account teams to support customer success.
- Help analyze inventory usage, recommend improvements, and ensure each site meets safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate closely with both customers and internal teams to identify needs, implement solutions, and continuously improve how products are stocked and used.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Mechanical aptitude: comfortable identifying parts and working in an industrial setting.
- Hands‑on role comfort, organized, confident working independently while staying connected with a larger team.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in field service, automotive or fleet maintenance, or parts/inventory management.
- Any technical training or education.
- An active, on‑site role where you will spend most of your day standing, walking, and handling materials in customer maintenance facilities.
- Work may occur in loud or not climate‑controlled environments.
