TalentoHC is partnering with a leading restaurant organization seeking a Contract Manager, Supply Chain to join its team. This role will be responsible for ensuring product availability, managing supplier relationships, supporting promotional launches, and mitigating supply chain risks across a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in supply chain operations, procurement, inventory management, and logistics, along with a proven ability to drive execution and solve complex operational challenges.
This opportunity offers the chance to work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders while supporting initiatives that drive operational excellence and business performance.
- Manage product supply continuity and proactively address supply chain disruptions and risks.
- Partner with suppliers, procurement teams, and distribution partners to maintain service levels and inventory availability.
- Support new product introductions, promotional launches, and limited‑time offer (LTO) initiatives.
- Develop and manage timelines to ensure successful execution of supply chain projects.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, quality assurance, and supplier partners to align on product launches and inventory requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and support distribution planning to optimize product flow.
- Manage relationships with distribution centers and third‑party logistics providers.
- Support supplier negotiations, pricing reviews, and cost management initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiencies, and supply chain optimization.
- Resolve supply, inventory, and distribution issues in a timely and effective manner.
- 5–8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, logistics, inventory management, or food service operations.
- Strong experience managing supplier and cross‑functional stakeholder relationships.
- Experience supporting product launches, promotional planning, or inventory management initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
