Senior Supply Analyst | Aviation Fuel

World Fuel is seeking a commercially minded Senior Supply Analyst to support our global aviation fuel business.
This role sits at the intersection of Supply, Sales, and Trading and plays a key role in supporting airline tenders, evaluating supply costs, and enabling competitive commercial decisions across the portfolio. You will help bridge supply strategy and market dynamics to ensure the business can win and retain high-value aviation customers.
This is a high-visibility role for someone looking to build expertise at the center of supply, commercial strategy, and energy markets.
What You Will Do Support Airline Tenders and Commercial Decisions- Support the analysis and execution of global airline tenders (RFPs)
- Partner with Sales to develop competitive and commercially sound bid strategies
- Evaluate opportunities and provide recommendations to improve win rates and margins
- Assist in managing the tender lifecycle from initial analysis through final award
- Analyze fuel supply costs, logistics, and pricing inputs across regions
- Work with Supply and Trading teams to understand market structure and cost drivers
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for Sales and commercial teams
- Collaborate closely with Trading to understand pricing indices, spreads, and market dynamics
- Support alignment between supply strategy, market conditions, and commercial decisions
- Act as a key link between internal teams to ensure informed, consistent decision-making
- Assist in evaluating supply agreements, structures, and regional dynamics
- Build understanding of airport fees, logistics costs, and supply chain components
- Identify opportunities to improve cost positioning and commercial competitiveness
- Maintain and validate data used in pricing and supply decisions
- Support analysis of historical performance, market benchmarks, and margins
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across systems and inputs
- Experience in aviation fuel, energy markets, or downstream fuels (gasoline/diesel)
- Experience in supply, commercial analysis, trading support, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply data in business decisions
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across functions
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Commercial mindset with interest in markets, supply, and pricing dynamics
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and work effectively with stakeholders
- Curiosity around trading inputs, market structure, and competitive positioning
- Background in fuel scheduling, supply coordination, or commercial analytics
- Exposure to global aviation, trading, and supply leadership
