Fleet Support Specialist
Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Fleet Support Specialist to join their team. As a Fleet Support Specialist, you will be part of the Base Operations (Base Ops) Team supporting Fleet Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Scheduling teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Coordinate vehicle repair scheduling and monitor fleet health to maximize operational uptime.
- Track maintenance activities, vehicle issues, and repair history while maintaining accurate records and reporting.
- Manage parts requests, work orders, and inventory support to ensure timely repairs and maintenance services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support vehicle calibrations, maintenance planning, and operational processes.
- Perform quality inspections, safety audits, and process documentation to support fleet reliability and compliance.
What's Needed?
- 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced service, operations, or automotive environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes, vehicle maintenance, or fleet operations.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar platforms preferred.
