Business & Supply Chain Sr. Analyst
As part of the North American Supply Chain (NASC) Center of Excellence (COE) team, the Business & Supply Chain Sr. Analyst will provide Logistics, Procurement and Sourcing Teams with analytical support process improvement efforts, ad hoc projects, ongoing strategies, and leadership reporting.
Main responsibilities for this role will be to support the Logistics, Procurement Operations & Strategic Sourcing teams for NASC. This position will support key areas and categories including but not limited to, Food & Beverage, Hotel, Indirect, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).
This position will provide a great opportunity to learn about the operations across our brands as well as in a wide variety of supply chain activities.
This role is responsible for working on a daily basis with key stakeholders across our NASC Brands to provide analytical support for sourcing, procurement and supply chain initiatives, conducting in depth analysis and making recommendations that drive business improvements. Positive relationship building with the ability to be influential without direct authority, resilience to ambiguity and an ability to work in a fast paced quickly changing environment are required.
This role will typically be challenged with non-harmonized data from various systems, data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving and document preparation. The position will interact with all levels of the organization including executive leadership and will directly contribute to critical business decisions leading to business change that optimizes supply chain, procurement, and sourcing operations.
The position will be responsible for the following areas:
- Project-level analytical support
- Support Supply Chain, Procurement Operations, and Sourcing process improvement efforts
- Key Performance Indicator (KPI) development, tracking and reporting including dashboard development
Essential Functions:
Analytics & Process Improvements:
- Led PMO operations, standardizing governance and driving on-time, on-budget project delivery
- Work closely with the NASC Supply Chain, Procurement Operations, and Sourcing teams (responsible for each spend category) to identify opportunities for operational improvements, create and communicate problem statements, and develop and execute improvement plans and recommendations
- Gather, organize, reconcile, clean-up large data sets and develop insightful and scalable reporting
- Identify insights, synthesize results, and prepare management presentations
- Prepare clear and concise power point presentations summarizing data analysis and potential opportunities
- Show financial impact of recommend improvements (proforma models) as well as non-quantifiable implications. Create presentations that are clear, concise, easy to follow, and ready to use at executive levels (CFO, CPO)
- Ability to understand end to end processes and create process maps to identify inefficiencies and diagram improvement opportunities across sourcing, procurement, and supply chain
- Develop implementation plans, timelines, and responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders from our four North American Brands throughout improvement processes
- Sample analyses include: cost-benefit analyses, buy vs. lease, and proforma analyses
Systems and Data management:
- Support system improvements and transformation initiatives, analytics, and performance governance
- Develop and maintain a proficient knowledge in procurement systems utilized for sourcing including Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, and others, and contribute to drive adoption on sourcing systems from stakeholders
- Support sourcing leads by running/managing eSourcing events when needed
Financial Tracking and Reporting
- Work with Category leads, PMO, and Finance teams to make sure savings are accurately reported
- Lead the annual sourcing savings planning process for the four North American Supply Chain (NASC) brands
- Monitor savings, identify risks, and escalate when appropriate
- Report on value-add and other supply chain transformation initiatives

Problem Solving:
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills
- Very proficient with analytical software, especially Microsoft Excel
- Experienced in project management including ability to assemble teams and create governance documents
- Proficient in querying/ manipulation of large data sets (SQL, Access or similar)
- Extensive experience in data visualization tools (Power BI)
- High proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and creating action-oriented presentations.
- Highly proficient with Visio, Excel, Power Apps, and PowerBI
- Proficiency with Agentic AI technology (Claude, ChatGPT, CoPilot, etc.) in productivity and co-work capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to influence others and interact with all levels of the organization – is able to interface independently and effectively with peers in other departments/ Brands
