As part of the North American Supply Chain (NASC) Center of Excellence (COE) team, the Business & Supply Chain Sr. Analyst will provide Logistics, Procurement and Sourcing Teams with analytical support for process improvement efforts, ad hoc projects, ongoing strategies, and leadership reporting.

Main responsibilities for this role include supporting the Logistics, Procurement Operations & Strategic Sourcing teams for NASC across key areas and categories such as Food & Beverage, Hotel, Indirect, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).

This position offers a great opportunity to learn about operations across our brands and a wide variety of supply‑chain activities.

The role is responsible for working daily with key stakeholders across NASC Brands to provide analytical support for sourcing, procurement and supply‑chain initiatives, conducting in‑depth analysis and making recommendations that drive business improvements. Positive relationship building, influence without direct authority, resilience to ambiguity, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, quickly changing environment are required.

The role will typically be challenged with non‑harmonized data from various systems, data analysis, critical thinking, problem‑solving, and document preparation. The position will interact with all levels of the organization including executive leadership and will directly contribute to critical business decisions that optimize supply‑chain, procurement, and sourcing operations.

Responsibilities
  • Project‑level analytical support
  • Support Supply Chain, Procurement Operations, and Sourcing process improvement efforts
  • Key Performance Indicator (KPI) development, tracking and reporting including dashboard development
Essential Functions Analytics & Process Improvements
  • Led PMO operations, standardizing governance and driving on‑time, on‑budget project delivery
  • Worked closely with NASC Supply Chain, Procurement Operations, and Sourcing teams to identify opportunities for operational improvements, create and communicate problem statements, and develop and execute improvement plans and recommendations
  • Gathered, organized, reconciled, cleaned large data sets and developed insightful and scalable reporting
  • Identified insights, synthesized results, and prepared management presentations
  • Prepared clear and concise PowerPoint presentations summarizing data analysis and potential opportunities
  • Showed financial impact of recommended improvements (pro‑forma models) and non‑quantifiable implications; created presentations ready for executive levels (CFO, CPO)
  • Understood end‑to‑end processes and created process maps to identify inefficiencies and diagram improvement opportunities across sourcing, procurement, and supply‑chain
  • Developed implementation plans, timelines, and responsibilities
  • Communicated effectively with stakeholders from our four North American Brands throughout improvement processes
  • Sample analyses include: cost‑benefit analyses, buy vs. lease, and pro‑forma analyses
Systems and Data Management
  • Supported system improvements and transformation initiatives, analytics, and performance governance
  • Developed and maintained proficiency in procurement systems such as Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, and others; contributed to driving adoption among stakeholders
  • Supported sourcing leads by running/ managing e‑Sourcing events when needed
Financial Tracking and Reporting
  • Worked with Category leads, PMO, and Finance teams to ensure savings were accurately reported
  • Led the annual sourcing savings planning process for the four NASC brands
  • Monitored savings, identified risks, and escalated when appropriate
  • Reported on value‑add and other supply‑chain transformation initiatives
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Scope (Global Responsibilities – North American brands)

Problem Solving
  • Strong analytical and process improvement skills
  • Very proficient with analytical software, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Experienced in project management including ability to assemble teams and create governance documents
  • Proficient in querying/manipulation of large data sets (SQL, Access or similar)
  • Extensive experience in data visualization tools (Power BI)
