We are seeking a bilingual adaptable team player to join our logistics operations in Doral! While the ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience in Air Freight operations (Import/Export), we are absolutely open to entry‑level candidates who are tech‑savvy, eager to learn, and ready to master our WMS. Prior experience in the logistics industry is a big plus, but a strong drive to learn is what will truly set you apart.
Salary: $19 – $22 per hour
Shift: First
Work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
Education: High School
- Import and export Coordinator responsible for managing the full lifecycle of international shipments, with a specific focus on airfreight. Requires extensive hands‑on experience with air cargo procedures, documentation, and timely execution of shipments.
- Manage Air Freight Operations:
Coordinate all aspects of air import and export shipments from booking to final delivery, including securing air cargo space, preparing air waybills, and ensuring compliance with airline and TSA regulations. - Customs and Compliance:
Independently prepare and submit accurate customs documentation for both import and export shipments, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. - Automated Export System (AES) Filing:
Accurately and timely file Electronic Export Information (EEI) through the AES for all required air export shipments; stay current on all AES filing requirements and regulations. - Air Freight Knowledge:
In‑depth understanding of air waybills (AWBs), IATA regulations, TSA security rules, and air cargo handling procedures.
