Job Summary
Buyer II
Location:
Miami, FL.
Contract – six‑month assignment.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and identify suppliers of product.
- Negotiate price and quantity terms and establish long‑term contracts.
- Ensure adequate supply of high‑quality products for Food service Distribution.
- Plan and control procurement activities for raw materials, finished goods, equipment, and supplies used in manufacturing.
- Manage tactical procurement, inventory control, and supplier management.
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain supplier relationships.
- Report to the Procurement Manager as part of the Supply Chain Department.
- Mid‑level procurement experience with a focus on supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and source cost‑effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
