On-Site Inventory Lead

Supply Chain & Logistics

Pay Rate Low: 20 | Pay Rate High: 25

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented On-Site Inventory Lead to support inventory operations at a customer location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes ownership of inventory accuracy, and thrives in a customer‑facing environment where organization and follow‑through matter.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage cabinet inventory, including inventory counts and monitoring expiration dates
  • Replenish stock based on scanning‑generated orders, including handling materials weighing up to approximately 50 lbs
  • Adjust cabinet stocking levels based on changes in product usage and demand
  • Maintain consistent communication with regional program managers and internal teams
  • Provide operational updates, including critical stock‑outs and opportunities for process improvement
  • Support contract additions, removals, and value‑added service opportunities
  • Ensure inventory processes, procedures, and documentation are accurate and efficient
  • Mentor and support team members while maintaining a high level of customer service
What We’re Looking For
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between customer sites
  • High school diploma required; some college or degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in JIT, VMI, 3PO, inventory, warehouse, or supply chain operations
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with Copilot or other AI productivity tools is a plus
