Processes import shipments and customs brokerage for customers;
Troubleshoots and resolves issues to provide exceptional customer service;
Follows up on open issues with client, carrier, forwarder, CBP, or PGA to resolve delays in entry processing;
Manages all aspects of the entry process from receipt of documents to delivery, billing and scanning;
Audits commercial documents for accuracy and verifies description, value, origin, classification, and required CBP/PGA details
