As Parts Coordinator I, you will oversee parts ordering, receiving, cataloging, inventory, and reconciliation at a single location, ensuring the right part is purchased from the right vendor and inventory levels maximize customer uptime.
EssentialFunctions
- Primary designee for conducting physical inventory, parts ordering, and receiving.
- Processing of Purchase Orders and supplier invoices.
- Ensure parts received are properly recorded into inventory.
- Oversee parts obsolescence.
- Shipping warranty and parts returns to vendors.
- Maintain parts room organization and cleanliness.
- Contribute to cost containment through oversight and adherence to effective parts processes and policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
- Acute attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Required: High school diploma or GED.
- Required: 1 year or more in inventory and parts administration/clerical functions.
- Preferred: Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate).

Pay Type:
Hourly (minimum and maximum pay are $22.00 per hour).
