Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in Doral, FL. This role supports the smooth execution of international export operations, including shipping documentation, customer communication, freight coordination, and shipment follow‑up. The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with logistics leadership, warehouse teams, sourcing contacts, suppliers, and customers to help ensure shipments are accurate, cost‑effective, and delivered on time.

• Prepare and process international shipping documents, including commercial invoices, CARICOM documentation, bills of lading, airway bills, S.E.D. forms, manifests, and related export paperwork.
• Receive and manage customer quote requests, provide shipment details, and support competitive pricing and freight coordination.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sourcing, customers, and suppliers to confirm item availability, shipment timing, routing, and freight requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and shipment communication in MAGAYA software.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to confirm satisfaction and resolve shipment‑related questions.
• Support special projects for new and existing customers and complete additional logistics administration duties as assigned.
