Logistics Manager – Inventory, Shipping & Operations (Miami

EDEN House of Art is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead day-to-day logistics operations across our two Miami gallery locations and warehouse.

You’ll be the operational lead for inventory control, domestic and international shipping, warehouse coordination, customs compliance, and installation logistics. This is a hands‑on role that keeps high‑value artworks moving securely and efficiently across our Miami network.

• Inventory accuracy, inter-location transfers, and stock reconciliation
• Inbound and outbound shipment scheduling, documentation, and tracking
• Warehouse operations including receiving, packing, crating, and dispatch
• White-glove delivery and installation coordination
• Customs documentation, import/export compliance, and carrier management
• OSHA and Health & Safety compliance across gallery and warehouse locations
• Vendor and carrier relationships, escalations, and follow-through

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, International Business, or related field;
• and 5 years of hands‑on logistics, shipping, inventory, warehouse, or operational coordination
• experience in a multi‑site environment, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience in inventory management, shipping operations, warehouse coordination, customs documentation, vendor management, and logistics compliance may be considered.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipping processes, including packing,
• crating, shipment scheduling, customs documentation, and delivery coordination preferred.
• Experience supporting warehouse operations, inventory control, and inter-location transfers
• across one or more sites is preferred.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑location business environment preferred.
• Experience in art logistics, gallery operations, fine art handling, luxury goods, or other high‑value asset environments is advantageous.
