Procurement Specialist

Employment Solutions is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing activities, vendor relationships, inventory availability, and sourcing. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in procurement and purchasing.

Responsibilities Source and purchase materials, products, supplies, and services.

Request and analyze quotes and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.

Prepare and issue purchase orders and monitor orders through delivery.

Maintain accurate vendor, purchasing, and inventory records.

Monitor inventory and material availability to support production needs.

Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Monitor supplier performance and resolve pricing or delivery discrepancies.

Assist with vendor visits and supplier audits.

Prepare purchasing reports and monthly KPIs.Follow company procedures and applicable ISO 9001, FDA, GMP, OSHA, and EPA requirements.

Qualifications Associate degree preferred OR 3–5 years of related procurement/purchasing experience.

Experience with purchasing, procurement, inventory, or supply chain.

Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and purchasing/inventory systems.

Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Spanish is a plus, but not required.

CPP certification is preferred but not required.
