* As an Air Logistics Healthcare Customer Care Specialist with QuickSTAT, a Kuehne+Nagel company, you will be at the center of that process. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to coordinate time-sensitive healthcare shipments from booking through delivery, solve problems as they arise, and keep customers informed every step of the way. This is a fast-paced role for someone who enjoys logistics, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

** How you create impact*
* As an Air Logistics Healthcare Customer Care Specialist with QuickSTAT, you will support the coordination of time-sensitive healthcare and pharmaceutical shipments from booking through delivery. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, carriers, and service partners to keep shipments moving, provide clear updates, and respond quickly when delays or exceptions occur. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

+ Coordinate and monitor healthcare and pharmaceutical shipments from booking through final delivery

+ Provide proactive shipment updates and respond to customer questions by phone and email

+ Track shipment milestones, delivery status, delays, and other exceptions

+ Coordinate with carriers, airlines, warehouses, vendors, and internal operational teams

+ Review and maintain accurate shipment documentation and customer records

+ Support time-sensitive and temperature-controlled shipments requiring additional attention and care

+ Identify potential issues early and work with the appropriate teams to keep shipments on track

+ Communicate clearly with customers when plans change, delays occur, or additional information is needed

+ Manage multiple active shipments and priorities while maintaining accuracy and service levels

** What we would like you to bring*
* Healthcare logistics requires accuracy, responsiveness, sound judgment, and the ability to stay focused as priorities change. Strong customer communication is especially important when shipments become urgent, delayed, or complex. Previous logistics experience is helpful, but the team is also open to candidates with strong customer service skills, the right mindset, and a genuine willingness to learn the operational side of the role.

Success in this position will be supported by:

+ Strong customer service experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment

+ Clear written and verbal communication skills

+ Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

+ Sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to resolving issues

+ Ability to work collaboratively with customers, internal teams, carriers, vendors, and other partners

+ Strong attention to detail and comfort working in an environment where accuracy matters

+ Motivation to learn healthcare logistics, transportation processes, and shipment coordination

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office

+ Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, courier operations, transportation, or healthcare is preferred but not required

+

Experience with import/export processes, time-sensitive shipments, temperature-controlled products, shipment tracking, or transportation documentation is a plus

This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.

This role is ONSITE.
