Freight Forwarding Operations Coordinator
Pay Rate: $20-$25 per hour

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding Operations Coordinator to manage and support end-to-end freight forwarding activities. The ideal candidate has at least three years of industry experience, strong operational knowledge, and the ability to coordinate shipments accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate freight forwarding shipments from booking through final delivery.
- Manage shipment documentation, tracking, scheduling, and operational follow-up.
- Communicate with customers, carriers, vendors, agents, and internal departments.
- Prepare and review shipping documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor shipment milestones and provide timely status updates.
- Identify and resolve delays, documentation discrepancies, and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate shipment information within company systems.
- Coordinate transportation arrangements to ensure timely cargo movement.
- Support invoicing, cost verification, and shipment file completion.
- Provide responsive and professional customer service throughout the shipping process.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of freight forwarding operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end freight forwarding activities.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and other Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with transportation management, tracking, or freight forwarding systems preferred.
