Supply Chain Director

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and control costs.
• Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, procurement planning, and forecasting.
• Monitor purchasing compliance, supplier performance, inventory levels, and key metrics.
• Manage and develop teams across Purchasing, Stockroom, and Shipping.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support business growth.
• Maintain procedures, reporting, and analytics for suppliers and third-party logistics providers.
• Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven work environment.

• 5+ years of supply chain leadership experience in an aerospace MRO environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing diverse teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, financial reporting, and supply chain analytics.
• ERP experience required;
  Quantum experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of gas turbine engine operations is a plus
