Position: Supply Chain Planner - 173856

Piper Companies is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join a leading organization in the pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare manufacturing industry in Miami, Florida
. The Supply Planner will be responsible for owning the supply planning process across multiple manufacturing sites, balancing demand with production capabilities, and driving cross-functional alignment through planning reviews and S&OP activities.

Responsibilities of the Supply Planner:

Own and maintain production and supply plans across multiple manufacturing facilities, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and operational capabilities.
Lead weekly operational reviews, S&OP meetings, consensus reviews, factory alignment sessions, and business review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
Analyze supply chain performance, identify planning constraints, resolve production conflicts, and escalation critical risks when necessary.
Maintain and optimize planning parameters including lead times, safety stock levels, order multiples, and planning horizons.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics teams to execute realistic and achievable production plans.
Develop PowerPoint presentations, KPI reporting, and executive-level supply chain updates to support business decision-making.

Qualifications of the Supply Planner:

2+ years of supply planning experience within a manufacturing, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, or distribution environment.
Strong understanding of supply planning principles, planning parameters, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and production planning concepts.
Experience with ERP and planning systems such as Kinaxis (preferred), SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, Blue Yonder, o9, or similar platforms.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and executive presentations.
Experience participating in S&OP processes and facilitating meetings with cross-functional teams.

Compensation for the Supply Planner includes:

Salary range: $74,000 - $80,000 depending on experience
Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans
