Bilingual Production & Inventory Specialist

The Production & Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing inbound & outbound materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, processing, and monitoring customer orders, coordinating production requirements, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials and finished goods throughout the operation.

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, receiving activities, and material transactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Process, monitor, and track customer orders from receipt through fulfillment.
• Coordinate material availability and inventory levels to support production schedules.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify potential shortages or excess inventory.
• Support on-time order fulfillment and customer delivery requirements.
• Generate and analyze inventory, order status, and production reports.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and material-related issues.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, as required.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control, warehousing, and production processes.

• 3+ years of experience in inventory management, production planning, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Net Suite, or similar).
• Forklift certification and/or experience operating material handling equipment preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
• Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment preferred.
