Regal is seeking a BISTRO USHER to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. The role requires regular and consistent attendance and involves a variety of cleaning, security, and customer service responsibilities.

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Cleaning all auditoriums, lobby, and hallway areas before opening.
• Ensuring all restrooms are clean and stocked before opening.
• Maintaining the janitorial closet area clean, organized, and stocked with needed supplies.
• Using equipment such as vacuums and compactor.
• Reporting any facility damage to the General Manager.
• Securing and reporting any found items to management.
• Maintaining building security: keeping doors secured, setting and disabling alarms as required, and operating alarm system.
• Abiding by federal and state laws regarding breaks and meal periods.
• Understanding and applying safety and emergency procedures.
• Completing required training materials on sexual harassment and discrimination.

$16 an hour

Free movie passes, discounted concessions at any Regal location, and eligibility for a 401(k) retirement plan with company match after reaching age 21 and completing six months of service.

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Prior janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to interface effectively with coworkers and exhibit sensitivity to the feelings of others.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify problems, gather relevant data, and implement solutions with minimal supervision.
• Capacity to work under pressure and perform tasks that may involve standing, walking, sitting, and handling items up to 60 pounds.
