Maintenance Associate – Cliff Drysdale Tennis

Grove Isle Tennis and Yacht Club features 8 Har‑Tru courts, 1 padel court and 1 pickleball court in a relaxed, high‑quality playing environment. We’re seeking a dependable Maintenance Associate to support daily facility care, assist with court maintenance, and ensure a clean, safe, and well‑functioning environment for members, guests, and staff. This full‑time position is part of the Cliff Drysdale Tennis/Peter Burwash International team, a Troon company.

Provides daily repair and maintenance services for all aspects of the operation, including offices, public spaces, restroom facilities, court maintenance and other areas as required.

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to emptying trash cans, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Assures maintenance of the racquet courts and swimming pool.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.
• Identifies and reports to supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Performs other duties as required.

Less than high school education; or up to one month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Frequently uses hands, reaches with hands and arms. Regularly climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, stands, walks, sits. Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds.

Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles. Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.

No certifications or licenses are required.
