Engineer III

Overview

We’re seeking an affable, reliable Engineer to keep the hotel and surrounding grounds running smoothly behind the scenes. The role involves daily maintenance and repairs, from HVAC problem‑solving to dry wall repair, ensuring there is rarely, if ever, a day that needs saving. The Engineer also engages with guests, always being accommodating, patient, and warm while resolving issues quickly and seamlessly.

• Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Respond to daily maintenance requests and perform repairs.
• Ensure safe and secure property for guests and staff.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service.

• Passionate about hospitality, repairs, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Minimum 2 years of similar work experience.
• Post‑secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Hard worker, detail‑oriented, flexible, and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
• Strong teamwork and fast‑thinking skills.
