7:30 am - 1:30 pm

As a Porter, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for tenants, employees, and visitors. Your work helps create a positive impression and ensures the building is clean, safe and presentable.

• Maintain cleanliness in a Class A office.
• Restock break rooms and restroom.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Use a mobile device to clock in/out, and communicate with the team.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team player with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand for 4 hours, walk stairs, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• One (1) Year Experience Preferred.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a smartphone for clocking in/out and to communicate with area supervisor.
• Background check required.
