We are hiring multiple housekeepers and porters to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of high‑end residential communities. The ideal candidates will be detail‑oriented, reliable, and take pride in maintaining a pristine environment for residents and guests.

• Clean and sanitize common areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces
• Remove trash and recycling in accordance with building procedures
• Restock supplies in restrooms and cleaning stations
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies

• Maintain cleanliness of entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and outdoor spaces
• Assist with garbage collection and disposal
• Help with minor maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, etc.)
• Monitor and restock janitorial supplies
• Set up or break down furniture for events, as needed
• Ensure building cleanliness standards are upheld at all times

• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or porter experience preferred
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, walking) for extended periods
• Must be punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance and behavior
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
