Legacy Parking is seeking a dependable, motivated, and hands‑on Maintenance Porter to help maintain a parking facility in the Miami area. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and is committed to keeping facilities clean, safe, and well‑maintained.

Facility Maintenance & Appearance

• Ensure parking garages and lots are clean, safe, and maintained to company standards.
• Perform daily maintenance tasks including:
  • Cleaning grounds, equipment, and surrounding areas
  • Completing safety checks and minor repairs
  • Applying paint, sealants, and lubrication as needed
  • Removing trash and debris
• Operate maintenance equipment such as blowers, sweepers, and power washers.
• Follow the preventative maintenance schedule provided by the Location Manager.
• Accurately document all maintenance activities in log systems.
• Notify management of material or supply needs in a timely manner.

Customer Service

• Represent Legacy Parking with professionalism and courtesy at all times.
• Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Assist customers or visitors courteously, ensuring a great parking experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• Previous experience in maintenance, custodial, or general facility operations required.
• Experience using power washers and floor scrubbers preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Dependable with excellent time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Friendly, customer‑focused attitude.

• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and lift up to 100 lbs as needed.
• Work may include medium to heavy physical activity on a daily basis.
