CADISA Inc. is seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish) and experienced Maintenance & Grounds Keeper to work at one of our properties in Plantation, Florida.

• Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the property.
• Ensure disaster preparedness by identifying potential problems and developing response plans.
• Follow instructions and complete work orders issued by the manager.
• Be on call for emergencies and projects as assigned.
• Replace waste bags for dog & cat waste across the community.
• Pressure clean common areas as needed.
• Request materials, tools, and supplies required for a job.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Utilize new equipment such as pressure cleaner, golf carts while following safety procedures.
• Assess other repair needs and determine need for professional assistance.
• Work outdoors 80% of the time to maintain common grounds.
• Daily inspection of exterior common ground areas.
• Clean and maintain bathrooms and showers in the pool area.
• Align pool furniture and oversee work performed by the pool company.
• Oversee work performed by the landscaping company.
• Paint side curbs annually.
• Perform small landscaping projects.

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of general maintenance or handy work experience.
• Strong maintenance and repair skills including painting and carpentry.
• Plumbing and electrical skills preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• English must be spoken; bilingual English & Spanish preferred.

• Monday‑Friday 7:30 AM‑4:00 PM.
• Available after hours & holidays for emergencies.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in standing position for long periods; reach overhead; perform stooping, bending, kneeling, squatting.
• Work in various environmental conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain, humidity).
• Repeat motions with wrists, hands, fingers.

Maintains a valid Florida driver’s license.
