The Senior Facilities Technician is responsible for performing building and property maintenance to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for the associates. This position reports to the Facilities Manager, is part of the Facilities Department in Miami and is an on-site role.

• Perform Facility Maintenance
• Perform preventive maintenance on facilities equipment
• Work on the access control system and doors

• Associate’s degree (or higher) with 3+ years of work experience OR High School diploma with 5+ years of maintenance experience
• Perform basic plumbing, door, and card access repairs

• Ability to travel between Miami and Hialeah locations as needed
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb

• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or any other construction trade
• AutoCAD
