Homemaker Housekeeper

$16.50/yr – $16.50/yr

• Must have training in human development, interpersonal relationships, nutrition, food storage, use of equipment, use of supplies, planning and organizing of household tasks, and principles of cleanliness and safety.

• Reach with hands and arms, active for long periods, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, stretch, twist, lift and/or carry 25 pounds using proper body mechanics.

• Maintain the home in an optimum state of cleanliness and safety.
• Perform cleaning duties: dust furniture, clean windows/blinds, vacuum, sweep, mop floors; laundry wash/dry/fold.
• Remove garbage and dust from ceiling fans; no climbing.
• Clean bathroom: bathtub, shower, sinks, floor, empty waste basket, and provide clean towels.
• Clean kitchen: countertops, cabinets, appliances, refrigerator, stove, microwave; sweep and mop floors.
• Maintain bedroom: dust bed headboard, dust under bed, dust closet door, and change sheets.
• Report any incidents or problems related to work or the client to the designated supervisor.
• Report any unusual incidents or changes in the client's behavior to the case manager.
• Maintain appropriate work records.
• Not provide hands‑on personal care services; activities are limited within the scope of services.
