We are seeking a part-time Maintenance Associate that is reliable and proactive. They will ensure that our facilities remain clean, safe, and operational while also contributing to a positive customer experience. The Maintenance staff collaborates with colleagues, the Parking Manager, Building Management to consistently uphold high standards.

Monday - Friday, 12pm to 7pm

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
• Conduct basic maintenance, including equipment checks, minor repairs, and preventative measures.
• Use tools and equipment such as pressure washers, sweepers, blowers and other cleaning devices.
• Assist with tasks such as painting, power washing, and other general upkeep activities.
• Complete special assignments as directed by management.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and notify management of necessary repairs or supplies.

• Consistently represent Tru Park with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist customers and team members by addressing concerns or providing directions as needed.
• Communicate any potential safety or maintenance issues promptly.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or custodial work (3 years preferred).
• Problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a variety of weather conditions.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus but not required.
