C&E Building Maintenance, Inc. is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Quality-Control Supervisor to perform high-level janitorial inspections at luxury high-rise condominiums and Class A commercial properties throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties. This is a field-based supervisory position focused on maintaining exceptional cleaning standards, identifying deficiencies, supporting on-site supervisors, and ensuring that every assigned property consistently reflects elegance, cleanliness, and order.

• Conduct comprehensive janitorial and housekeeping inspections at assigned properties.
• Evaluate lobbies, elevators, corridors, restrooms, amenity areas, offices, back-of-house spaces, and exterior common areas.
• Inspect floors, glass, mirrors, metal surfaces, furniture, fixtures, high-touch areas, and other property details.
• Identify service deficiencies and ensure corrective action is completed promptly.
• Document inspection findings with clear notes, photographs, and follow-up reports.
• Work closely with on-site supervisors to improve performance and maintain consistent standards.
• Verify that staffing, uniforms, equipment, supplies, and cleaning procedures meet company and property requirements.
• Train and coach supervisors and janitorial employees on proper cleaning methods and presentation standards.
• Confirm that contractual responsibilities, special projects, and customer requests are completed correctly.
• Communicate professionally with property managers, supervisors, employees, and C&E management.
• Conduct follow-up inspections to confirm that deficiencies have been resolved.
• Assist with employee performance evaluations, corrective action, and operational problem-solving.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism while working inside luxury residential properties.

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or quality-control experience in Class A commercial buildings, luxury condominiums, hotels, or comparable properties.
• Strong knowledge of professional janitorial procedures, chemicals, equipment, and safety practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to recognize deficiencies that may be overlooked by others.
• Experience inspecting marble, terrazzo, tile, carpet, glass, metal, and other high-end finishes.
• Strong leadership, communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to coach employees constructively while holding supervisors and staff accountable.
• Comfortable traveling between multiple properties and working independently.
• Ability to use a smartphone for photographs, inspection reports, email, and company applications.
• Flexible availability, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
• Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
