Pneumatic Technician

We are seeking an experienced Pneumatic Technician to join a growing aerospace component repair team in Doral, FL. This position is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and validating pneumatic components in a quality-driven, FAA-regulated environment. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience working with pneumatic systems, valves, regulators, actuators, and mechanical troubleshooting.

• Inspect, test, and evaluate pneumatic components and piece parts

• Troubleshoot mechanical and pneumatic failures

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble pneumatic assemblies and valves

• Perform pressure, leak, functional, and validation testing

• Interpret pneumatic and mechanical schematics

• Complete testing and documentation in a timely manner

• Follow FAA, company, quality, and safety requirements

• Maintain accountability for tools, equipment, and materials

• Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals

• 3+ years of experience working with pneumatic systems and components

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical or pneumatic equipment

• Hands-on experience with valves, regulators, actuators, or air-operated systems

• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Aviation or aerospace experience

• MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) experience

• FAA-regulated environment experience

• Component repair or bench technician experience

• Competitive pay: $28-$33/hr depending on experience, pneumatic and component repair experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, FL.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
