* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

** Laborers may be assigned to one or more of the following areas and are expected to perform various combinations of these responsibilities.  A valid driver’s license is preferred.
* Clean and maintain tile, marble, terrazzo, and carpeted floors to ensure they are spotless and free of stains.
* Dust mop all floor areas thoroughly prior to deep cleaning.
* Operate a 175 RPM floor machine to strip floors using appropriate cleaning solutions to remove old finishes.
* Apply floor coatings to achieve a uniform and polished finish.
* Use a high-speed floor machine to buff and enhance the appearance of finished floors.
* Vacuum all carpeted areas to remove surface dirt and debris.
* Pre-treat carpet stains and spots with appropriate chemical solutions.
* Shampoo carpets using specialized equipment to ensure deep cleaning and stain removal.
* Perform all other duties as assigned, which may include additional cleaning tasks or support functions as needed.

** Education and/or

Experience:

*** Six months of cleaning experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
