Job Skills / Requirements Responsibilities- Comprehensive daily/weekly checklists
- Use a work order system
- Maintenance of tools and supplies
- Keep maintenance areas clean and organized
- Reliability
- Sense of proactivity and urgency
- Problem-solving mindset
- Positive attitude towards staff, students and parents
- Professional look: clean and neat school uniforms, closed-toe work shoes, well groomed
- The ability to receive instructions and understand that feedback is not a personal attack is a tool that will lead you to your professional growth
- 2+ years of commercial painting experience
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience (preferred school or commercial)
- Valid driver's license
- Background check/fingerprinting (required for schools)
