Through nonprofit agencies, the program provides employment opportunities in the areas of custodial, landscaping, and food preparation services to a multitude of County and State agencies. * Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Keeps the assigned area in a clean and orderly condition
* Prepare chemicals for use in the performance of various cleaning tasks, by instructions
* Care for equipment and perform routine maintenance and cleaning as needed
* Perform cleaning duties as instructed and assigned, including but not limited to:
* Restroom cleaning, replenishing paper products, and soap in restrooms.
* Office cleaning, empty trash receptacles, dust surfaces, damp wipe surfaces, vacuum, sweep
* Removal of trash
* Floor cleaning, sweep, dust mop, damp mop, and wet mop
* Performance of cleaning duties may take place in an indoor/outdoor environment, depending on the customer’s needs
* All other duties as assigned## Qualifications

Experience:

*** Six months of experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
