The Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and restoring hard surface and carpeted flooring throughout Amerant Bank Arena. This role supports a safe, sanitary, and visually appealing environment for guests, staff, and event personnel. The Floor Technician operates specialized cleaning equipment and follows established safety protocols while performing preventative and restorative floor care services.

• Floor Maintenance:
  Perform routine and advanced floor care services including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, sealing, and refinishing hard surface flooring
• Carpet Care:
  Clean and maintain carpeted areas using professional methods such as shampooing, hot water extraction, bonnet cleaning, and spot treatment
• Equipment Operation & Maintenance:
  Safely operate, clean, and maintain industrial floor care equipment including auto scrubbers, buffers, burnishers, extractors, and other related machinery
• Safety & Compliance:
  Adhere to OSHA standards and organizational safety policies; properly handle and store chemicals, utilize appropriate PPE, and place safety signage to ensure a secure environment
• Facility Upkeep:
  Maintain high cleanliness standards in corridors, lobbies, seating bowl areas, public restrooms, suites, offices, and exterior perimeter entrances including concrete flooring
