Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our Miami team. This full-time, on-site role supports project execution from pre-construction through close-out. The APM will assist in managing schedules, budgets, and inspections, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple active projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Project Managers in coordinating design, construction, and inspection activities.
  • Proficiency in managing documentation, submittals, and RFIs.
  • Track project milestones, meeting minutes, and action items.
  • Assist in expediting permitting and inspection processes.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, engineers, and vendors to resolve field issues.
  • Maintain clear, timely communication and project documentation for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in construction or project management (Owner’s Rep, GC, or Construction Management firm preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Strong working knowledge of Bluebeam and Procore project management platforms.
  • Experience with expediting, inspections, and permitting coordination.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
  • Positive, resourceful attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
