Position Purpose

The Facility Manager will perform daily functions, tasks, and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s maintenance and repair operations. Dedicated to safety, compliance with FAA/EASA, and timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities
  • Lead continuous improvement team for profitability.
  • Ensure safety of team members.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, and customer requirements.
  • Deliver products to customers on time.
  • Use financial data to make business decisions.
  • Build a collaborative team, challenge and develop future leaders.
  • Organize, lead, and support a customer‑centered team.
  • Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial, team oriented, problem solver, excellent communicator.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of Facility Management experience or related experience leading a team.
  • Minimum 3 years of aerospace/aviation experience and 7 years of safety equipment MRO experience.
  • Repairman’s Certification and ability to act as Accountable Manager for the site.
  • High school diploma or GED; technical/vocational training preferred.
  • Proficiency in basic math, strong mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and ability to lift 50–100 lbs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read technical documents and maintenance manuals; basic computer skills for documentation and inventory tracking.
  • Valid driver’s license and US citizenship or resident status.
  • Pass pre‑employment drug screening and background investigation.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial distribution, engineering, or related field (industry experience may be accepted).

Skills and Knowledge
  • Aviation experience in safety equipment a plus.
  • Proficient with Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn & use operating system.
  • Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
