Reporting organisationally to the Manager, Business Operations, the Coordinator, Business Operations will be a key member of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Safety and Security (SEC) Planning & Administration team. The Coordinator will work in close collaboration with the many functional areas across FIFA™ with focus on delivering Safety and Security programs across all venues. The role will support the execution of FWC
26™ Security tournament operations, including but not limited to, centrally collating, coordinating, and reviewing information from FWC
26 sites (stadiums, non-competition venues), building and maintaining extensive reporting functions to appraise central Security leadership, performing auditing functions to ensure delivery of Security contracts, and generally supporting Safety and Security functions across the FWC
26 tournament footprint. This role will also be responsible for delivery and improvement of Safety and Security administration processes.
- Organize and manage multiple projects in tandem, to include large data collection and organization projects, supporting wider SEC planning and Administration objectives, and providing solutions for operational team’s needs
- Prepare regular reports on the status of Safety and Security operations at venues (hotels, training sites, team base camps, etc.) and and create recommendations for Exec. Director of Safety and Security and the Chief Safety and Security Officer visibility
- Support daily auditing processes that evaluate operational and financial delivery of contracts across all FWC

sites - Learn and manage the implementation and tournament delivery of multiple operational technologies and systems that support reporting activities
- Execute streamlined processes for Integrating security considerations into project team documentation and alignment across different functional areas, ensuring security is embedded in overall FIFA
26 planning initiatives. - Support operational readiness and requirements to field SEC elements.
- Collaborate effectively across all SEC teams and with relevant FIFA
26™ departments to integrate and communicate safety and security objectives and projects. - Be willing to adapt and change to tournament time requirements in support of SEC operations
