We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our construction team in Miami, FL. This role is designed for an individual with a passion for construction project management and a desire to grow in the industry. The ideal candidate will support senior project managers in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

You will work with clients, subcontractors, and vendors, contributing to all phases of the construction process from pre-construction through project completion.

Qualifications:

• Has a well-informed understanding of construction logic, phasing and interdependencies.
• Can comfortably and effectively lead meetings and guide diversely disciplined project teams.
• Has strong presentation and interpersonal skills, communicating with professional poise, clarity and thoughtfulness, earning the confidence of high-profile clients and industry partners.
• Has experience with Corporate Interiors, Ground-up and Data Centers.
• Has excellent analytical and technical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Is highly motivated, empowered by a strong independent work ethic and comfortable managing tight deadlines.
• Is well adept at navigating MS Excel, MS Project and budget management.
• Has 8+ years of experience in OPM role, construction project management, construction management and/or consulting.
• Experience in high end commercial corporate interiors, Ground-up and Data Centers is a major plus.

• Act as Owners Representative with primary responsibility for all phases of various related projects/program.
• Define and coordinate project budgets, estimates, and schedule.
• Must be adept at MS Project and Excel
• Manage schedule and budget
• Onboard project team members
• Manage the RFP process and prepare leveling sheets including but not limited to contractors/architecture/design, MEP, IT/AV/security, furniture, acoustical consulting, LEED consulting, landscape/interior planting
• Prepare the weekly OAC agenda and issue weekly meeting minutes
