Restoration Lead Supervisor (Crew Chief) – Miami
Reports To:
General Manager
As a Restoration Lead Supervisor (Crew Chief) at Paul Davis, you lead a team of dedicated professionals to restore properties after disasters such as floods, fires, and storms. You ensure projects are on time, on budget, and delivered with exceptional customer service while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities- Ensure team performance on tarping, board‑up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services, and carpet cleaning/re‑installation services in accordance with Paul Davis and industry specifications.
- Focus and dedicate yourself to providing excellent customer service.
- Assist other team members and foster positive working relationships with other departments.
- Represent the brand as a professional and trustworthy presence.
- Manage crew readiness each morning through team huddles.
- Meet clients and adjusters on site to assist with issue resolution and provide professional opinions.
- Re‑inspect job sites for quality control.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve issues in an effective and timely manner.
- Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks and company equipment.
- Remain accessible by phone and participate in on‑call duty as required.
- Desire to join a world‑class team and contribute a positive attitude.
- Dedication to customer service.
- Ability to lead individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime if needed.
- Desire to continually learn new things.
- Hourly pay: $20.00–$28.00/hour based on experience and certifications.
