Main Activities and Responsibilities

The PMA Cluster Supervisor be dedicated to the planning of the teams’ transport and, arrivals and departures services and will be responsible for the delivery of the related tournament specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Reporting organisationally to the Manager, Transport Client Services
- Teams, the PMA cluster supervisor will be a key member of the FIFA
26 Event Transport team, and work in close collaboration with the Bus, Fleet, Arrivals and Departures (A&D), and Venue Transportation Operations to plan the transport and A&D services required before and during the tournaments to ensure that all teams receive the correct services in accordance with FIFA’s service standards to ensure a smooth participation at the FCWC and FWC tournaments. This includes on match days and non‑match days at all official sites including stadiums, team hotels, training sites, the airport and other official sites.

They will be responsible to ensure all team related transport information and other related documents, communications, presentations and electronic (web based) information are delivered.

The Manager, Transport Client Services - Teams will act as Event Transport’s central point of contact for the external clients (teams) and internal clients (FIFA/FWC
26 functional areas) as it relates to the identification and confirmation of the clients’ required transport services.

The main responsibilities and oversights of the PMA cluster supervisor FIFA World Cup 26™ include:

  • Coordination with FWC
    26’s Transport’s Bus, Fleet and Venue Transport and other key work streams in developing the transport service levels for the teams (and other client groups as required in the planning phase) in accordance with FIFA SLAs.
  • Coordination with FWC
    26’s A&D team in developing and implementing the A&D service levels for the teams and other client groups as required in accordance with FIFA SLA’s.
  • Coordination with the FWC
    26/FIFA
