You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle from concept through completion, ensuring that all phases are executed with precision, elegance, and efficiency.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, superior communication skills, and a deep understanding of the design and construction process. You are both protector of the design intent and advocate for the client experience, responsible for delivering each project on time, on budget, and in alignment with Meyer Davis’s uncompromising standards of design excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Budget & Financial Oversight
  • Design Advocacy
  • Documentation & Administration
Qualifications & Experience
  • 7+ years of project management experience in high-end interior architecture, hospitality, or luxury residential design.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale global projects with multiple stakeholders and consultants.
  • Deep understanding of the full design and construction lifecycle, including FF&E, custom millwork, and site coordination.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Ajera, Deltek, etc).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; diplomacy, discretion, and professionalism are essential.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and solution-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What We’re Looking For

A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate challenges and move swiftly to find creative solutions as well as being a natural communicator. An ideal candidate is someone who can balance the needs of clients, internal teams and external consultants with grace and who champions design integrity; one who treats projects like a luxury experience, for both the end-user and for every stakeholder along the way.
