About The Role

Modalways is seeking a motivated and organized Team Leader to oversee daily team operations and support the successful execution of projects and client services. This role is responsible for guiding team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in alignment with company standards.

• Supervise and support a team of staff members in daily operations.
• Monitor workflow, task completion, and team productivity.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and escalating concerns when necessary.
• Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports for management.
• Foster a collaborative and professional team environment.

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
