Main Activities and Responsibilities

The PMA Cluster Supervisor is dedicated to the planning of the teams’ transport and arrival/departure services and is responsible for the delivery of the related tournament specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Reporting organisationally to the Manager, Transport Client Services – Teams, the PMA cluster supervisor will be a key member of the FIFA
26 Event Transport team, working closely with the Bus, Fleet, Arrivals and Departures (A&D), and Venue Transportation Operations to plan the transport and A&D services required before and during the tournaments. This ensures that all teams receive the correct services in accordance with FIFA’s service standards, including match days and non‑match days at all official sites.

  • Coordination with FWC
    26’s Transport’s Bus, Fleet and Venue Transport and other key work streams in developing the transport service levels for the teams (and other client groups) in accordance with FIFA SLAs.
  • Coordination with FWC
    26’s A&D team in developing and implementing the A&D service levels for the teams and other client groups as required in accordance with FIFA SLAs.

    Functional Area

    (FA) client owners to ensure proper and complete planning of client service levels, pro‑actively resolving issues and finding operational solutions.
  • Coordination with the transport group Lead – Client Services in managing budgets associated with planning client transport and A&D service levels.
  • Development, writing and finalisation of the draft and final versions of the Principle Service Level Agreements (PSLAs) and Detailed Service Level Agreements (DSLAs) in accordance with strict project timelines, gaining necessary sign‑off and approvals from all stakeholders.
  • Ensure integration of all teams’ transport and A&D services with all FWC
    26/FIFA FAs, including transport work streams, to deliver services at all sites per agreed SLAs.
  • Development of all team information and communications for pre‑tournament events (team workshop, draw & team seminar, team inspection visits) and key presentations/meetings.
