This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Miami, FL, for a General Manager at JETSET Pilates®. The General Manager will oversee daily studio operations, manage staff, and maintain an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include staff recruitment and training, performance management, scheduling, customer relationship management, and ensuring operational excellence. Additional duties include analyzing business performance, managing studio goals, ensuring a pristine and welcoming facility, and fostering a culture of engagement and growth.

• Leadership and management:
  Experience in staff supervision, performance management, and team building.
• Customer service and communication:
  Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to address client concerns and build relationships.
• Organizational and operational skills:
  Proven ability to manage schedules, analyze business performance, and oversee day‑to‑day studio operations efficiently.
• Passion for wellness:
  Enthusiasm for fitness and well‑being, with a commitment to creating a supportive and motivating environment for clients and staff.
• Problem‑solving and decisiveness:
  Capable of making informed decisions and addressing challenges effectively and proactively.
• Preferred qualifications:
  
  Prior experience in fitness or wellness industry management, knowledge of Pilates, and a bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
